Over the past 18 months, the Board and individual homeowners have been working on many property improvements, as identified in the 2024 Resident Experience Survey. Homeowners noted in the survey that they wanted the community to strive to be attractive, beautiful, exceptional, desirable, upscale, and flourishing. People went to work toward meeting these goals.

The Board and individual homeowners were busy with a variety of exterior improvements such as new paint, decks/patios, landscaping, lighting, new house numbers, gardening, tree planting, windows and more. 

The photos in the Lookbook below show only some of the updates to both Common Areas and homeowners' properties. As you drive or walk around the neighborhood take note of the many other changes.
